Bank of America Complaint - Watch out they LIE
TEXAS -- My husband is terminally ill, diagnosed over a year ago, at that time I notified Bank America that we would have no income for 3 months while we waited for disability approval. I was told they would give me a forbearance, sent in all the paperwork and guess what 3 months later not a word from them. Called a supervisor only to find out that we don't even qualify for a forbearance but needed to apply for making homes affordable program which I did, it has been 7 months now and not a word from them...I have called them every month to let them know the status of our financial position telling them when I would be making the next payment, they even put me on a repayment plan which I did for over 3 months and then they canceled it because they claimed I had not made the additional payments. Now they have actually put the home into foreclosure even though I called them last month and told them on 2/28 I would be making 3 complete house payments leaving me only 2 payments behind which I would be able to make on 3/30. Bank of America are absolutely the worst at everything they do, except scam the consumer. Don't believe anything they tell you or you hear about how much they care about their customers. It isn't true the only thing they care about is making sure they pad their own pockets. We bailed them out during the crisis and what do we as consumers get in return home foreclosures created by a staff of incompetent idiots. Watch out if you do business with Bank of America!! They will rob you blind and throw you out on the street...the last draw was when a supervisor actually asked me why my husband hadn't died yet!
