Empire Carpet Complaint - Breach of Contract
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- I contracted Empire to install carpeting in my entire house. I signed the agreement one month prior to the install date and received an email the night before installation (on a Sunday) that stated my carpet was not going to be installed because the paperwork had not gone through yet. what I don't understand is why they couldn't get their crap together in a month. Then spent 3 hours on the phone with them explaining why they were in the wrong to get, "sorry madam, paperwork is paperwork" Worse company I've ever had to deal with!!!!!!!

I was able to look up your account information in our system, and it is my understanding that the delay was due to a pending finance application.
