Spirit Delivery Complaint - Ignorance,unknowledgable, incompetence, MESSY!
BENSALEM, PENNSYLVANIA -- I really hope LG check out the complaints of this company from this website and others. Someone: LG, Spirit Owners and Yes, Home Depot must have authorized this type of incompetence from Spirit Delivery workers. I will be brief, I called regarding the install of range and microwave. Sean answered the phone and left me on hold for 5 minutes and the phone went dead. I called back and he went on for 5 minutes of how he researched my order and according to all manufacturers he does not and will not install because, it surpassed a 30 day window of time.(Install on 2/5/11 today date 2/21/11) This guy obviously had not a clue to what he was talking about and went on to include that a previous dishwasher date purchase set the bar for 30 day deadline. After 5 minutes of this guy going around in circles, quoting misinformation, refunded my install money and he will install as an acceptance install. I was irate "can you give me a install date?" This guy said he was doing me a favor by talking to me and I did not let him finish all of his misinformation. Wow, how can these large companies deal with unprofessionals? p. s I am checking contract from LG to see what liabilities I will be responsbile for(ie warranty, etc) by hiring a maintenance installer.
