Travelocity Complaint - Beware of this company's online booking policies
Booked a last minute getaway package with Travelocity and didn't receive a confirmation. Had a hard time getting customer service, checked the bank I was charged twice for a vacation package, after 4 hours I finally got a live person in customer service. I was told that they had no record of my booking a vacation package after speaking to numerous supervisors they finally found
I was told the charges would be reversed in 3 weeks. Now my getaway vacation is dead.
