Homeowner Complaint - Travelocity really sucks
Here is the complaint I sent to Travelocity. I didn't want to type it again, here goes:
first of all you sent my itinerary with the wrong airline and the wrong conformation code. Second, I was asked if I wanted shuttle passes since the hotel was so far away from disneyland and they never came with the hopper pass voucher. I called and I was told they weren't offered. excuse me, but I didn't make it up. third, and this is the killer, I asked if the hotel we were staying at had a pool that was working, I was told to hold while the representative called the hotel to find out, the representative came back on the line and said the pool would be working. when we got there we were told is was being worked on and we could go to another hotel to swim. Who wants to do that? I will never use your service again. I will tell all my friends, neighbors and co-workers to do the same. I was also told that you couldn't get the passes for the shuttle bus and I would have to pay for them and then you would re imburse me for the price of the shuttle, 17 dollars a day X 4. If we had waited to get our boarding passes the day of the flight, we would have missed it because of the wrong airline, flight number and conformation code. Fourthly, the seats we had were spread all over the plane. what' is that? The woman from the airline, once I found out which one, said you were more concerned with getting us window seats than sitting together. we were traveling with a 5 year old and you wanted us to sit apart from everyone in our party? the woman at the airline got it fixed for us and apologized for your blunder.
