ProFlowers.com Complaint - Ruined Valentines Day

Ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. Didn't mind paying the special delivery charge for V-Day. Flowers never got delivered, never got a phone call explanation. I called the next day and they told me that they couldn't deliver a lot of flowers because they had to many orders. I asked why they had a special delivery charge if they weren't going to hire more drivers and why I was never informed, operator was stumped at those tough questions. Will never use them again.

Let me put it to you this way. On this site, two days before Valentine's Day, someone wrote "Wonder which internet/800 company will get the most complaints for ruining Valentine's Day."

Moral: order through a florist local to delivery to avoid disappointment. It works better in my experience.
