T-Mobile Complaint - T-mobile nightmare
I've had T-mobile since 2006. At first they were great. Until August of 2010, my phone bill went from $110 a month, to $150 or more every month. The customer care is horrible. No matter what problem you're having with your phone, they tell you to do a master reset. I have had COUNTLESS problems with them. They replaced my phone with one that did not charge, and had water damage. Then tried making me pay $30 for a new one to be sent. When my calling is working, my texting is not. Vise versa. I lose service constantly no matter where I'm at. My text messages are hours or days late.
Phone calls are cut out and dropped. They resigned my bill without my permission after I had bought a phone at full price. Bottom line, do NOT get T-mobile!
