Empire Carpet Complaint - Liars!
CALIFORNIA -- First of all they over price their products. I got a substantially lower bid from a different company and when I informed Empire, they were willing to match the price. It was over $1000 less. Why not offer price from the beginning to avoid wasting my time?! Second, they offered a 10 year warranty but are not willing to honor it! My carpet was installed incorrectly in one room and they are trying to charge me $150 to fix. Now I have to find someone else to fix their mess! I will never give them my business again!
