Hotels.com Complaint - Rob off prepaid room reservations
Last December, I booked a room reservation for 2 days with hotels.com. The hotel.com requested to prepay the 3 days charges. When I canceled the reservation 7 days prior to booked time, the hotels.com issued no refund of any prepaid dollars ($150.00) by saying that so-called no-refund listed on its website for any low room charges.
In fact the charges first were not low at all, second, the no-refund sentence was placed in very fine small letter. The whole thing just rob off your money!
We won't use the site for any future trips. We also let you know the hotels.com NOT a good site to make any reservations for your trip -- NOT low price, NOT honest trusted site!!!
