3286 N. 29TH CT, FLORIDA -- Radialabs sent me a trial bottle for $3.95. I was not aware if you do not cancel within 15 days, they will charge you 79.95 to your credit card for the use of there product, which did not help me! You will be charged this twice as another one is the mail. The best you can do is send the next back but still lost the 79.95. Quite the scam in my book! I am calling the BBB to help put an end to these corporate monsters. If its a trial, they will surely put YOU on trial!

Our best defense against these things is reading the fine print. The truth is, you most likely authorized those charges because you signed (electronically or otherwise) an agreement and they most likely revealed all the terms before you signed that agreement.
It's a good review, though, and hopefully it will save at least one person the trouble you've encountered to. I'm afraid the BBB won't be able to help you too much in this case.

most of these "trial" offers come with a stipulation that you must cancel or they will charge you a monthly rate.

they just did that to me. free means free to me. which it also gave me an insufficient funds fee in my account. i just got it last week, and i hate it. i put in a complaint with the ifcc fbi. this was unjust and they scammed us.

Like everyone else I order trial product,the next thing I saw on my bank statement showing 78.90 plus foreign transaction fee. What is up with that!
