Dish Network Complaint - Over charging - billing
I signed up for a 12 month agreement with Dish and after 6 months they have raised their rates. I've called and chatted online with several people and no one seems to care. They just keep saying that they have the right to increase their prices whenever they want. I think this is totally wrong when I signed a 12 month contract with the price listed and no where does it say they can increase the price. I'm then told it should have been verbally disclosed to me which it wasn't. I would never have agreed to a contract like that....because of this very reason!! So I'm warning all of you out there that the contracts mean nothing to Dish and they WILL increase the price whenever they want. When my 2 years is up I will be switching to someone else or just going without TV altogether. I'm so mad, I may just cancel now. Dish did not care at all about my business.
