Pinnacle Complaint - Pinnacle support sucks big

What Pinnacle support? I have NEVER been able to register my video editing software, so cannot use the DVD label maker, because I need to register it first, which was the main reason I bought this product. I have emailed them for help. Been ignored. Don't waste time getting Pinnacle.
