Fox Rent A Car Complaint - Overcharged by $150/Dirty Car
DENVER, COLORADO -- I was charged $150 two times, a few days apart for the same $90 reservation. I saw a credit for $60, which I assumed was to correct one of the $150 charges, but the other remained.
I sent a e-mail and received no response.
I Called the customer service number a few weeks later and was told to call my credit card company because what I see is different than what they credit card company sees.
This rep, Melvin, refused to accept that I was charged twice and that the charges remained 4 weeks later. I was refused when I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told to call back after I called my credit card company.
TERRIBLE service and inattention to their mistake.
In addition, the car was dirty and the return process was very disorganized and unprofessional. I stood waiting for over 10 minutes after the car keys were taken for anyone to acknowledge me.
Definitely not worth the savings!
