Finn Law Office Complaint - Horrendous Representation

PIERMONT, NY, NEW YORK -- My contract clearly stated that if I discharge and or the judge removes said lawyer on the case before adjudication that my retainer fee is to be returned.

Both events occurred. Said lawyer refuses to return my $25,000!!!! knowing that I have no money to sue her for it. THERE is no services from the Judicial System that will help...you have to go pro se.

Pro se is a joke because the uninitiated is going up against an initiated. Finn Law Firm is like most to all lawyers, liars and thieves.

Bear in mind after I complained to the judge about the lack of advocacy and proved my point via documentation, the JUDGE removed her from my case.
