Clothesline Cleaners San Antonio Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- Horrible customer service. May be great for normal clothing, but NEVER take anything special there. No warnings, no apologies, they ruined our organic wool mattress cover. Never going back, and still fighting with them about whose responsible. We went to the Huebner location, but we've also been dealing with Richard from Broadway. He obviously can't be bothered with any of this, and sighs with indifference on the phone. Oh, and the owner (who obviously doesn't care) somehow thinks great customer service can be achieved via Twitter messages. What a joke. If she spent have the time tending to her business as she does posting worthless tweets to the interwebs, she may not have so many negative reviews out there to deal with.

Check to see what disclaimers are on the sales slip. If it looks like they were negligent or did not warn you in writing about possible damage to special materials, take them to small claims court.

+10 Alain. I have yet to visit a dry cleaner that does not have a disclaimer posted on the wall or on the receipt regarding special fabrics and that you absolve them from responsibility for it. I wish the OP luck with this one.
