MyPoints.com, Inc. Complaint - Receiving rewards - Paypal
I traded in 8800 points for 50 dollars in my Paypal account. That was Jan 17. It was suppose to be in my account in between 4-7 days. Not there yet on February 28th. I have wriiten to customer service, I was told it was fulfilled. What ever that ment and if I had any question to let them know. I wrote back 3 times what does that mean if I still do not have my money. Still waiting to hear. I have been with them for years. I usually trade for immediate turn over. I'm bummed. I don't know what else I can do 50 is a lot of money to lose.
