Star Pontiac - Easton, Pa Complaint - Don't Buy From Star Pontiac

EASTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- These guys will tell you anything to get the deal. I was sold a brand new 2009 Solstice, that originally came from Jersey, soooo, MY salesman said they would order a new front bumper to replace the Jersey one, as that had allocations for the front license plate, and I shouldn't want that? Anyway, once I got the car back, I could tell all they did was switch the bumper with some other car and paint it, and even the service papers lied. Then when I complained about being lied to they 'gave' me a Premier Card, supposedly with all these so called perks on it..... well guess what the biggest perk to me was a car wash every Saturday, and I COULD not get that car wash ever!!!! Why, because this is a soft top car, no soap allowed. Also, my daughter purchased a car there and was told after asking, If she paid extra on her payments would it be applied to Principal, to help lower interest costs., OF COURSE she was told OH YES, well that doesn't happen!!! And also, the finance guy has no clue what that means and they don't even talk to 'people' in finance when they find you a bank to use. Now here is the clincher,, My daughter bought the strongly pushed extended warranty, she totals her car, never told about this extra money due to us, our insurance agent mentioned it to us.

Well that came to be very interesting because after asking for the money due back to us from 1365.00, we got only 435.00, they lied to us about the amount of the actual check from the warranty company, never sent us any notices about amounts, and I found out they kept 125.00 of OUR MONEY! No one returns calls there, NO ONE< I've tried finance dept, forget the records dept. they just snicker at you, and even the owner never returned messages , good ole Clete? whatever, now the bbb knows too. DON'T DO IT!"

when cara arre financed you do talk to the lender not the dealer. You could have had it refid with any lender.
