Priceline.com Complaint - Ripped Off - Hotel Reservation
I found the customer service at PRICELINE. COM very matter of fact. Did nothing to try and help the solution. Priceline hotel charge was a lot higher than the actual hotel charge. That I did not become aware of until I checked on the reservation. Customer Service would do NOTHING to credit my card back.
Then called back about a $50 CREDIT WITH PRICELINE, WHICH they would NOT honor. I am livid. I will NEVER CONTACT PRICELINE AGAIN. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
