Gevalia Coffee Complaint - Liar Liar Pants On Fire
I tried to cancel my Gevalia membership several times, but still kept receiving shipments. My credit card is automatically charged, which you should NEVER allow them to do. I returned the last shipment, and went on Gevalia's "chat" line to ask if they reimbursed my credit card. The woman on the chat line said they sent me a check, but I might not receive it until January 31, 2011. Well, it is March, and still no check. I went to their customer service web page yesterday to request again about the reimbursement, and they said I would receive a reply in 12 hours. Still no satisfaction of an email or explanation. As far as I am concerned, they are operating on lies.
