Empire Carpet Informative - Thanks For All The Information!
We need new carpet and some other flooring changed. I decided to research online and thought I would check out Empire. I am so glad that I found this site. I had thought I would call them for a quote, but after reading this and other sites complaints on them, I will NEVER call them.
I will deal with a local company and I thank all of you reviewers again for taking the time to help unsuspecting people like me make an informed choice.
I see at the end of every complaint that Empire puts almost the same response...Call us and we will talk. Talk? about what?
The fact that you have been dishonest with your commercials and other stuff? I wouldn't call you.
