The UPS Store-3509 Muskegon Mi Complaint - Presentless Christmas

Review by tiffiny13 on 2011-03-02
MUSKEGON, MICHIGAN -- On December 10th I mailed gifts to my granddaughter and great grandd aughters Christmas presents in Col. I live in Muskegon, Mi. The clerk entered 24 instead of 27 on the mailing slip. The driver remembers delivering the box to 24. After many attempts to reach these people (both my granddaughter and the driver) they finally answered the door but refused to admit the package. I contacted the ups people here but they keep saying they need to talk to the ups people out there.

They also said they might cover the toys but not a Visa gift card in the box. In the mean time my girls have no gifts from Grandma and Grandpa and because we are on fixed income we can not afford to replace these gifts. I have all the receipts needed to prove my case.

Have you attempted to contact UPS in Colorado? If I knew the city they package went to, I would look up the local hub phone number for you.

As for them saying they MIGHT cover the toys, well they should cover them. As for the gift card, I don't know what their policy is, but it's an error on their part, misdeliverying the packages. Don't just let them blow you off, keep on them.

Good luck.

Years ago, in Arizona, Fingerhut supposedly received many orders from us that we never received. Someone across the street from us, we believe, was ordering stuff from Fingerhut by using the catalogs they stole from our mail box, and got to the packages before we got them or had them delivered to their address. We had to pay $500 to partially pay off the bills, and we have only recenty begun dealing with Fingerhut again. Now we have excellent credit with Fingerhut, as we have a Better Than Agreed rating on our account. I still wish we could have proven that we never got the merchandise they claim we did, even if it was family.
