SOS Computers Compliment - Quality Service - Computer Repair

Review by oldisgood on 2011-03-02
I just had my computer repaired at SOS. I had the dreaded Blue Screen. My computer was fixed promptly, reasonably, and all the employees were very pleasant.

After I brought my "fixed" computer home, I encountered another problem and finally it was fixed. It was a problem with my mouse and keyboard, and nothing that SOS had previously fixed, but they proceeded to give me another keyboard and a mouse to use. I think they know they meaning of "Customer Service". SOS is in Mesa, Arizona and SOS stands for Serving Online Seniors.

I was recommended to them by friends and I am, in turn, recommending them to others. I do not think you can go wrong in dealing with them.

If you have Windows 7, don't forget to install service pack 1 as it contains, bug fixes, security updates, and enhancements.

I always like to read a review about a company, especially local, that reinforces the tenets of good customer service.

To MRM, when SOS had to clean out my computer (I think it is format) they not only installed Service Pack 1, but 2 and 3 and 157 updates, AVG Free, and Belarc Advisor. Also, they are a mom and pop business and are great with seniors. Their young man, Keifer, is wonderful, too. I wanted to take him home with me.

Since you have service pack 3, you have Windows XP installed on your computer. Windows 7 only has 1 service pack.
