Holiday Inn Complaint - Stay here if you like bugs...

CLARKSVILLE, INDIANA -- My sister and I stayed in the Holiday Inn in Clarksville, IN on NY Eve. It was a package deal with Derby Dinner Playhouse for one night only. At 2:30 A.M. we discovered that there were large black bugs in our room. We killed one...but when we saw the next one, we decided to get out. Went to the reception area and the lady there said that she could not refund our money but to call the next day. She gave us the name of the man in charge.
We have called and called and called. We have written two letters. He called us back one time when we were unavailable but never called again. We have tried everything we know. I feel it is very unfair of them not to refund our money.
So, if you like big black bugs on your BED...this is the place to stay.

Perfect. I love bugs.
But, really, that's gross. Have you tried to contact Holiday Inn Corporate? You're clearly not going to get anywhere with the people at the location. It might be too late to file a dispute with your credit card, but that's another option.
