Beyonce, your spokeswomen gave an interview to Young Vogue and said
..."the one thing I would advise you never to do is to dye your own hair"
Isn't that strange to tell people in magazines when you are their spokeswomen.

Just because she is their spokeperson, does not mean she actually uses the product. They should put a disclaimer on the bottom of commercials:
"Beyonce is NOT an actual user".
Imagine what would happen to sales. I've never used a home hair product. I prefer a professional to take care of my hair needs. But there are millions that do, so they can't be bad.

For at-home colorists there is a customer service phone # and web address on the boxes as well as inside printed on the instruction sheet for any questions and concerns. You will be connected with a knowledgable rep who will be able to assist you and make suggestions. It is advisable to take advantage of this free service before coloring.

I also wanted to say, Beyonce does not color her hair with Loreal products, because that is NOT her real hair. Wigs, always in wigs.
