Blinds Chalet Compliment - Friendly and Responsive

I had the pleasure of chatting with Tracy at BlindsChalet...she was very helpful and promised to call me back on Monday, as the manufacturer had closed for the weekend. My issues was that the blinds I've had for about 6 months have cords that are starting to fray, and will soon snap, rendering the blinds non-functional.

She was friendly and responsive...I'll email updates as they become available, but I'm sure they will help me.
