Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast Has Lousy Service
ELIZABETHTOWN, KENTUCKY -- I have had Comcast Cable TV service and Internet Service for over 5 years and it got increasing bad.
When I moved into my new house about 7 months ago, I had no choice but to go with Comcast again, so I decided to go with the package in hopes that things would improve.
Boy, was I wrong. It only got worse. I have a heart problem and told them that they must provide me with phone service and they assured me that that would not be a problem. My total service has been out at least 10 times in these 7 months.
When I call, I always get some smart-alec that answers the phone and is highly indignant towards me. They think they have the "right" to talk to you however they want, but, don't you dare say anything that could be considered offensive to them ... they will hang up on you.
THIS COMPANY PROVIDES THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY CABLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH AND I HAVE BEEN WITH AT LEAST 6 DIFFERENT CABLE SYSTEMS IN THE PAST YEARS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
So, if you are possibly considering going with Comcast, don't. You will regret it. Because when you need them the most, they WILL NOT be there for you. And they always have excuses as to why your service is out, but, they can't offer any indication as to when it will be resumed.
My package service has been out 3 times within the past 7 days. If this doesn't improve by the end of the month, I am going with the local phone company who uses Dish Network and their package deal is much cheaper than Comcast.
THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF : BUYER BEWARE.
