I just want to said the VRBO is a really bad company that don't deserve be out there making money. They will do anything if something go wrong when you rent a property thru them.
I have a really bad experience when the property I rented was very bad, and the owner of the property even stole some stuff from us and VRBO don't even answer the bunch of emails I sent to them asking about the issue.
Stay away from this company.

What happened when you called the police? Did they arrest the property ownner?
