Dream House Window Complaint - Window Replacement

I had Dream House Window replace my window not to long ago. Paying too much since it had lifetime warranty. After put in the window for few month, I found out when it rain that the window was leak. I immediately call them and left the message. It took me at least three times to call them to get them to call me back after three days of calling. They came and caulk the top part of window. I hope that would fix the problem since they didn't caulk the top part when they installed it. Again, when rain come it still leak. I called them back. The service guy always show up a few hour late. The day he came it's raining so he said he couldn't do anything. When he goes back he will let the manager know and make another appointment. Up till today still haven't heard from them. oh, he tried to say that my roof is leaking that's caused this leaking problem.

Hah, my roof is never leak before I replace the window, and all the sudden my roof was leak right after the window install. They are negligent when they install the window.
