Best Buy Compliment - Best Buy - Awesome Customer Service!
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I buy a lot from Best Buy - so much so that I am a Silver Premier member granting me 1.25 pts for each $1 spent. I was silver premier until March 1st; On Feb 28th, I purchased a 46" LED TV - it was supposed to come with a free wireless adapter ($79.99 value). Unfortunately, the salesman and I both forgot and I didn't realize it until the next day. I called back and was told that I could return the TV and they could re-ring the transaction. Unfortunately, it was March 1st and if I rerung the purchase I would be out my 1.25 reward zone points.
So a week goes by and I purchase another 40" LED TV (wheee!! Silver Premier status again!) b. c it was a great deal! As I am completing the transaction, I mention to the Manager at the desk the situation with the wireless card - he quickly and happily rings up the Wireless adapter for me for $.01 which fulfills their promotion while allowing me to keep my points (about a $40 value)
This is why I like Best Buy - they treat their valued customers right!
