I'm a timeshare owner of only 4 years with only a limited amount of time or unit space, but we've been delighted with the quality of vacations we've been able to have. The couple who are unhappy with the $180 yearly dues I'm jealous of since we pay $400 in yrly maintenance! Now I DO wish I'd known I could have bought from someone who just wanted out for a pittance the way I've seen advertised on craigslist and eBay by individuals. All in all, I'm still pleased that we can go to plush places like Ocean Beach hotel on Virginia Beach or Sedona, Arizona, but I think we are paying fairly for it.
