Priceline.com Complaint - Poor Customer Service
I reserved a hotel room for two nights thru Priceline.com at the Best Western Lake Conroe Inn, in Montgomery, TX.
Upon arrival we opened the door to our room and were immeidatly hit with an overwhelming odor of cigerette smoke. Once we turned the lights on, we noticed several large stains on the bedding. I immediately called the front desk and was informed that I was out of luck. We packed up and found another place to stay. I called pricelines customer service and was initially pleased. They said that they would make a note of the problems and issue me a refund. The next day I received an email saying that they were sorry, but they could not issue any refunds as their policy specifically states, no cancellations or changes. They had also talked to the manager of the hotel and he told them that the room was clean.
So, Basically you have to stay in whatever room they give you regardless of the condition of said room without any recourse on your part.
I WILL NEVER USE PRICELINE OR STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
