EFaucets.com Complaint - NEVER do business with EFaucets.com!
Ordered a faucet on 2/10/11. Still hadn't come by 2/28/11 and no word from eFaucets. After 20 minutes on hold I was told the faucet wasn't in stock and it would take two to three weeks more. They didn't bother to tell me this when I ordered the faucet nor were they going to tell me until I called them. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order the woman suggested that I look at their site first.
I called back (another 20 minutes on hold)to cancel the order. I was told the refund would take 3-5 days, but they claim they said the "cancellation order" would be 3-5 days. It has now been a week and after another call and 20 minutes on hold, I was told they just barely received my cancellation order and it would be another 7-10 days to get my money back. Again this was conveniently never communicated to me in my first or second call.
I asked them why it took so long and was told (in answer to several requests) that it was their "policy."
Never do business with E Faucets!!!!!
