Magic Jack Complaint - When Broken Have To Spend More Money To Get It Fixed

Contacted Magicjack after jumping through their hoops. 45 min of doing this and this and now this was enough. Told representative to send replacement or refund. Was told have spend more money to get replacement.

It is their product that is defective not me, when I told them I would file a complaint, her answer has sure. Then she said bye.

How much did you spend? How much more were they asking you to spend? Finally, what was the problem?
