Netspend Complaint - Poor Customer Service
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I have 8 fraud charges posted to my card on Sunday of this week I immediatelly called Netspend customer service to close the card and file a dispute. Never done. I called and ask for 90 days transactions history for the police report. since I can't do it on the internet the card is blocked they want to charge me for that. Wouldn't email have to fax them. Asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold long enough that I got a recording that said we are now closed. Asked for someone in the corporate office. They refused.
They simply do not care and no one knows what the other is doing. My recommendation is do not use NetSpend. You are simply a dollar statistic to them but when you need their help you are on your own.
