Just Flowers Complaint - Unacceptable Item - Flower Arrangement
On google, I found Just Flowers. I called the company to order from the picture on their website. My daughter-in-law just had surgery. The order was from a "preferred" florist in her area. They were scheduled for same day delivery but showed up later in the afternoon the next day. My grandaughter sent me a picture, not the same flowers I ordered. I notified Just Flowers, they offered a $10.00 credit. After refusing the credit, they said they'll send the florist to her house, pick up the flowers already there and exchange them for another arrangement. She just had surgery, how do you say "give me those flowers back?" I declined either offer. I said I'll send you a picture of the arrangement that was sent and the one from your website which is totally different! I finally heard from one of the owners of Just Flowers and apparently he forgot what the original conversation was with me. Guess they get a lot of complaints. He went back to it's past the 7 day acceptance to exchange so I can give you a $10.00 credit. I complained the next day, so how is it past the 7 days?
I told him he shouldn't be in business if he doesn't oversee what is sent to the consumers. I told him it wasn't about the money, I wanted what I ordered, not what some "preferred" florist's (who he thinks is an artist) made up! I will never use Just Flowers again! Just be careful to make sure what you see on the internet is the same that is delivered! They sure do add a lot of services charges to the order! by the time you get through it's an extra $20 or so to the original order. Very disappointed in their service. I told him I'll never use him again. What a ripoff of the unsuspecting consumer!
