Flower delivery - Complaint
Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with a flower deliver service in my entire life. I kid you not, I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone (including time on hold) in the last two days trying to speak to human beings to fix their mess. I spoke to 5 different people and ultimately, flowers I ordered a month ago were NOT delivered yesterday, which was the recipients birthday, and today, were delivered at 4pm after the recipient had already left work.
Different times I was told different things; yes we'll try delivering them at home because they're birthday flowers, yes they're out for delivery, yes they will go to this address, etc. The hold time on the phone was absolutely ridiculous. Again, do NOT ever use FTD.com, ever.

I have never ordered flowers from FTD and been given a time for delivery, only a date. They have left them at the door before and they were still in perfect shape when the person came home. They do have a 7 day freshness guarantee, so if they were not in good shape after sitting outside, they would replace them for free.
You will probably be unhappy with most on-line florists, so next time you want to order flowers from any florist, call that florist directly in the city/town you want them deliverd. The small businesses always answer their phones. You can pull up florists in any city/town by goggling "florists" along with the city, state.
Just a thought--I also have flowers delivered the day before a birthday, anniversary, special event just to be sure the recipient gets them on time.
