Newpath Financial, Inc. Complaint - Newpath Financial Inc Is A Scam!!!

Review by justice1331 on 2011-03-10
CALIFORNIA, CALIFORNIA -- NEWPATH FINANCIAL INC IS A SCAM - DO NOT use this so called company. I had experienced everything everyone including the online reviews warned me of. No communication regarding the resolution to the debt. I was sued by two different collection agencies. This company said to write and file a response with the court and the issue would go away. NOT so much. I lost both cases and was garnished for 50% of my take home pay. I paid them monies that I should have burnt or flushed. You’re better off Negotiating with the debtors personally, BEFORE, you get sued! I eventually had to file Bankruptcy to keep my house and remove the garnishments.

EVERYONE THAT IS A VICTIM LIKE ME NEEDS TO GET TOGETHER AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION THAT WAY IF ANY OF THESE COMPANIES DO HAVE A LAWSUIT YOUR NAME IS ALREADY IN THE DATA BASE FOR A CLASS SETTLEMENT ACT. WE JUST NEED MORE PEOPLE ON BOARD. IT DOES NOT TAKE LONG 5 MINS COULD KEEP A LOT OF FAMILES FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE AND ALSO HELP OTHER VICTIMS WITH YOUR RESEARCH IF I COME UP WITH ANY OTHER INFORMATION I WILL SHARE THIS WITH MY NEW BEST FRIENDS - ALL VICTOMS OF THESE SCAMS WHO DESERVE REFUNDS! PLEASE REPORT THIS TO FTC. GOV OR CALL 866-653-4261 YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE ENTERED TO A SECURE ONLINE DATABASE AND INVESTIGATVE TOOL USED BY HUNDREDS OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LAW ENFOREMENT AGENCIES IN THE US AND ABROAD. ALSO CONTACT THE CALIFORNIA DEPT OF CORPORATIONS IN WRITING 1515 K STREET SUITE 200 SACRAMENTO, CA 95814.OR CALL 866-275-2677. ALSO FILE WITH YOUR LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.

I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH AN EX EMPLOYEE OF ONE OF THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES AND THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LEFT AND RIGHT WHILE THEY ARE DRIVING AROUND IN THERE NEW JAGUARS AND LUXARY VEHICLES HE finally SAW WHAT HE WAS DOING WAS WRONG AND QUIT THE COMPANY. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL TO MANY.

Did you actually appear at the court hearings in which you were sued? If not you can bet the suing party simply asked for a default judgement. In the court's eyes, if you don't show up, you don't care what they decide.
