Verizon Wireless Complaint - Verizon (Wired to do LESS!!!)
Went to purchase a replacement phone with this pitiful company and found out the 18% discount that I was elegible for and had requested a year earlier (when I first signed up with them NEVER HAPPENED The discount was never applied. The salesperson immediately applied the discount and told me I should speak with customer service about a credit that was due to me in excess of $300. A week later I called and spoke with a Verizon representative who told me he would get back with me. Weeks later after not hearing from ANYONE I called and was told there is nothing they can do. It was suggested by the supervisor? who got on the phone that I find the person who helped me A YEAR AGO and have them figure it out. Then she laughed!!! Then she told me it was my fault and that the last representative I spoke with had advised me that they could do nothing. THIS NEVER HAPPENED So they appear to have serious "selective memory". Especially when they benefit. They are horrible and as soon as I can get away, I will. And believe I will tell as many people as I can when I go!!
