BRONX, NEW YORK -- As i said last time ms chris wells was very rude and indignent. last time we tried to get in contact with ms.wells boss she rufused. now her boss calls my house and leaves a message and when i call back ,ms wells answered and without knowing who i was she started with her rudeness.Now we finally get to speak with her boss steve sanders and he was just as bad and rude as she was. this time he insulted my sister and my family. he also said that the phone call last time was recorded and that we can be facing charges for making threats,and for harrasing them. now aint that something?. they have only our voice on tape but they don't have ms.chris wells or his own. so thats just to show you how either they tampered with the recording or they are trying to scare my mother into not taking them to court for the continous harrassment. what kind of employees is cross country bank employing?. You know that when we called back on request of steve's message he insulted my sister and myself by saying that "we aren't helping my mother any by calling,that why don't we mind our f...... business and get up and go get a job.
