BRONX, NEW YORK -- After the last call mr.steve sanders threatened my mother with her agreement of payment. he said" if any of you call back that they would mess with her payments and she would be screwed".
That's just to show you how these people work. they don't care who they insult or hurt to get their money. Now I have asked them not to call my house any more.One because my mother doen't live here and second i don't owe them anything,but they continue anyways.

Other than switching banks, you might see if NY has any laws that deal with people who record calls without telling you (presuming they didnt tell you they were recording it). You may remember thats what Linda Tripp got in trouble for when she recorded Monica Lewinsky.
