VZ Internet Complaint - Verizon just can't help itself!
Here we go again! This time internet access was for 2 years. I even called in advance confirming the expiration. Yet, I was billed for a service I thought expired. Wrong!
According to the customer rep, I have to be specific and state, 'Disconnect service'. If not, the service will automatically renew for 1 year. Fortunately, I did not encounter the same B. S. 2008 transfer here & there untrained customer service & narcissistic so called supervisor.
Even though, I had a blast this time. They are paid to go in accordance to VZ Law & are limited to correct deception. What is the difference between 'not renewing' and 'disconnect'? Should I pay? Just as long as Ivan Seidenberg doesn't have a problem receiving another letter to 140 West St; NY, NY 10007, for reimbursement & losing a shareholder!
