Chrsyler Financial Complaint - I Will Never Deal With Them Again

Review by shoron on 2011-03-11
I've had my Sebring now for 4 years and 1 month. 11 more months to go "YES", It has been long and a battle with financing this Sebring. I've had my struggles making a payment here and there. But I always pay cause I need my car for work. Sometimes I'm a week late or just before and after Christmas I get a month behind. I go on my Facebook at times and I added my current jobs. mind you before I added my jobs I've never had problems with Chrysler, I then noticed if I'm late on a payment they began to call my jobs. How they got my work # is my question. I know it was from Facebook. Now they call my work none stop and now I'm humiliated. I quit the one job so they can't call there anymore but I work casual on my other job and they call and call and call. Leave me alone. 11 more months to go and never never again.

If my boss fires me because of them, then they can take the car back because I know longer need my car to go to work.

We should all be careful and not put our personal info on Facebook.

Posting on Facebook turns private information into public information and you did it completely voluntarily. No? I am glad you are almost finished making your notes. Congrats in advance!

Yeah, take unhappy99's advice. And pay your bills.

Why do you feel it necessary to post where you work on Facebook?

Remember, say it, forget it, write it, regret it.

I have never been in this situation, but isn't it true that creditors can't hound you at work?

trmn8r: Typically, I think they can contact you at work but, if you formally request that they don't, they have to stop. It wouldn't surprise me if different states have different regs.
