T-mobile Compliment - Quick response
I don't often call customer support, but when I do I am usually on hold for 10-20 minutes average before I get to speak with anyone (who then usually places me on hold again). I've been a T-mobile customer for over a year now. During that time I've had two incidents with service problems where I had to call them. Both times I got a hold of someone almost instantly and both times I was given some sort of compensation for my problem. They may not have the best technical service in the industry, but their customer support helps make up for it.
