Voip.com Compliment - New Management Way Better

I’ve been using the service for about a year and a half now and was about to bail, but before I did a new company took over. Its still Voip.com but they did a waaaay better job of handling my account/service. I waited a few months to see if the positive change would last before reviewing them and it has. I can get actually get a hold of someone in customer service and they are polite to boot.
Service has worked steadily and they are now a company I would recommend.
