Dish Network Complaint - Terrible customer Service
We have been having difficulty getting good reception of ZTV since 7PM today. I have done the normal ritual of resetting receiver then call Dish. I was on hold for few minutes, then I was given an option to call back. It is nice until this point.
I received a callback few minutes later. I was asked to do the same thing that I did earlier. Meantime I got the reception but the technician insisted on checking the receiver and its connection to dish and satellite. So we lost the opportunity to see any programming for the evening. I talked to Robert, Abdul, Ricardo, Crystal, RHonda and so on but none of them could solve the problem. Abdul was honest who mentioned that they were having broadcasting problem.
I asked for the DVR at no cost to combat the problem or the compansation for my two hours on the telephone. I was offered no refund, no apology.
Dish network is the terrible company on customer service. I am surprised to see their high rating on J D Power associates.
