Priceline.com Complaint - They Don't Always Deliver
We travel for a living and use discount services all the time to get good rates on hotels. We have spent hundreds of $$$$ with Priceline, as a matter of fact we are currently staying at a hotel booked w/Priceline we got 2 rooms for 6 nights and a total of $685.32. Our co-worker was checking out. We have vehicle repairs to do to get on the road so we noticed online it said we could get another night for our current rate of $50.00. We called the 800# and they told us no, but could do it for both rooms, I told them we only needed 1 room, request denied! Wow- we are in sales and I would look at the money we spent recently or in the past and would say yes, knowing they will spend more later. I guess Priceline.com will not be getting any more of our money! What a loss to them-hey Priceline check how much we spent w/you all in the last year! It's the little things that keep your customers. There are other services we have used before like Expedia, Travelocity, hotels.com.
I think we will use those as we have not had any problems with them! We rarely complain but money is money, By the way the Hampton Inn is the best!!!!! They give a traveler everything you need!!!!
