Quadra-Fire Complaint - Terrible Consumer Support by Manufacturer

I have had my pellet stove for many years. And am in general satisfied. However consumer support by the manufacturer is terrible. Basically they refuse to help you and are only willing to connect you with a local dealer/service technician.

I have a simple feeder motor issue. I bought a replacement part from the dealer. But when it comes to installation instructions, the manufacturer flat out refuses to assist.
