I bougth one unit about 1 1/2 years ago and it heated up nicely and seem to work nicley. I was so happy that I decided to buy a second unit this cold season. Not even a month into this cold season the first unit had a heating element burn out. That's right, the first unit works half way. Half the heat is poroduced. That was disappointing, but it doesn't end there. The new unit completly failed to work after two months into usage. It won't even come on at all. I have tried all there suggested fixes without a resolution. These units seem to have a very faulty nature and I will no longer buy from Sunbean since they offer inferior, defective and poorly built units. I spent about $90.00 for both units. They had me for $90.00. That is enough. They will lose any future purchases. There must be better units out there somewhere.
