Lithia Ford-Mazda-Suzuki of Fresno Complaint - Threat and Rasicim - 05 Ford Expedition

Review by kalbasant633 on 2011-03-14
I took a Ford Expedition to Lithia Ford in Fresno for a PCM problem which was still covered under warranty. 2 weeks later I was told it was not the pcm, I took it to 2 other mechanics, they both said it was the pcm computer, took vehicle to other Ford dealer in Selma, CA, they confirmed it was the pcm and they replaced it under warranty, went back to Lithia Ford spoke to the manager by the name of darrell lindsey, who informed me that no refunds will be given to me.

I said fine can I have your business card please, he said its right there on the board, there was no cards on the board, he went to the back to get me a card, then he yelled at me to come back to his office I went back. Then he yelled at me to have a seat I did. Then he started screaming at me, thats when I told him I just wanted the business card, and I did not wanna speak to him, he kicked me out and said never to come back here, and kicked out again infront of people and customers, I hope to hear from someone regarding this cause I think it was a race thing really.

My name is khalid alqutami 559-412-9460, thank you.

Rudeness does not equate to racism.

I wrote down darrel's phone number and I am going to call and harass him daily! No room for racism in this country, especially in Ca where we already have enough of these issues already, with the border, and those recent race related shootings in the Sacramento area!

Lsalvador nailed it, rudeness does not equate with racism. I did not see one thing in the OPs post that even hinted of racism. The OP used the manager's name, which is a no-no here, and included a bunch of personal ID which is not a good thing on the net. I worked for a Ford dealer in Arizona, and he might be related to this manager. After I got my belly full of the way I was treatd and found anther job, I loadd my tools in my car, and as I left, the manager was standing n the middle of the stret, screaming that I had better not be taking any of his tools.
I drove right down to the police station, explained what had transpired, andhad them examie my toolbox. The manager was contacted by the PD and warned against any wild accusations.
