Complaint - Hurt going out... - Consumer products

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- They charge a whopping 25% restocking fee for returns!
Customer service simply does not exist as far as I'm concerned!

While they do have a less than stellar reputation (I did a quick survey of various websites), I checked their web page and it does clearly state that returns, opened or unopened products, will be "less 25%" restocking fee. Best not to use them again and thanks for the review.
